She found the top things that buyers are looking for on their “value-chain” of what was important in their thought process going into purchasing a house. eNeighnorhoods was the perfect tool to be the one-stop, easy way of giving the possible homeowners information on the important things they wanted answers whether it be school information or crime statistics. All of this information can be put into a PDF and e-mailed as well so that a possible buyer can look at the information on his or her own time. I think that this new technology would be very benefitial to prospective real estate consumers. Things like this website that simplify what could be a very time consuming process are becoming very popular and deffinatly widely used. This website provides the consumer with all the vital information they would need to aid them in their decision process. Having this service may also decrease the time they take to make their decision on whether or not to buy. I think that it could also look very impressive to a client if their real estate agent was able to email them the information they were inquiring about automatically. People are getting used to not having to wait long for information and responses and this website would allow real estate agents to keep up with this and to satisfy their clients in a timely fashion.
